Embedding Color Theme In Word For Mac

Embedding fonts. First off, if you use a Mac version of Office earlier than Office 365, you can skip the rest of this page. Mac PowerPoint can't embed fonts, and it can't use fonts that have been embedded by a Windows version of PowerPoint. That's a real pity and a real impediment to cross-platform compatibility. To embed a font, click the “File” menu while working on a document in the Windows versions of Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher. Click the “Options” link at the bottom of the menu that appears. Click “Save” in the left pane. Under “Preserve fidelity when sharing this document”, check the “Embed fonts in the file” option.

it works for me---when i click the reply button or ctrl-shift-r, but if i create a 'Quick Step' that does a reply, it won't use the reply font that i set up for replies, any thoughts?

It should be noted that the problem I faced appeared similar to this but was in fact, different. Similar to other products like Web Browsers, you can 'grow' the font displayed by holding the shift key down and using your mouse wheel to display enlarged text. This would make it appear you've changed font sizes while in fact, you've simply changed how you are viewing things. Dear god that could be confusing!
